I have just recently purchased a car from Villa Ford in Orange. I went through an intense divorce where she got it all and then some, and left me with bad credit. But, gee, I'm not bitter… Moving right along, I am a Banker and due to what I do for a living, I am tad embarrassed of my credit situation, in addition to the fact that I perform Branch Office troubleshooting and I get moved around to different branches and companies about every 2 months or so. That makes it a little tough sometimes to get qualified.. I am just starting to rebuild my credit after 4 years.

So, I called into Villa Ford and spoke with Walt in sales and ended up working with Mike Chase the Manager and finally Patrick in Finance. We all know how difficult it can be to deal with car salesmen and buying a car. (Nothing personal guys…)

Well, as corny as this may sound, this is the first time "Ever" at 40 years young, and after all of the cars that I have purchased during my life, that I have ever had an absolute painless experience in buying a car. They got me in, financed, approved and out the door in my new car and another notch closer to re-building my credit. No haggling and at a fair price. Scary thought I know. But it did happen at Villa Ford, and as I hear, it happens a lot at Villa Ford. I recommend if you purchase a car, new or used. Do it at Villa Ford for a truly painless experience with some great people that care about what "You" want, not what they want to give you. You get what you want, when you want it.

Please Note: I don't take the time to write letters for anyone and I was not asked to write this one. But it is great to meet people that are professional, nice people you would want as friends, and they are car salesmen at that… come on…. That deserved a letter. Hello…. It is a privilege to write a letter of compliment instead of complaint.

I close in thanking all of you that were directly involved in my purchase. In specific: Mike Chase, Walt Motak and Patrick Rice, in addition to the rest of the team there that makes everything go so smooth. Superb job guys. When I buy my next Car, it will be from you guys..

I have come to love my new ranger and brought it back to Villa-Ford to get a radiator hose replaced and I got a free wax and rub out of some weird stuff on the paint.............never a question, never a bill......WOW

I am pushing two years on my ownership of the Ranger and intend to trade her up next year around april 2004 (2 yrs)
I also will be looking to get my wife into something a little newer and I will guarantee that I will be giving Villa-Ford the first visit when I start shopping........
